July 2009 - Finally breaking ground and working through the lower level grading and site preparation phase
|
August 2009 - Caretakers Cottage and the Main House lower level foundations are now complete with framing beginning towards the tail end of the month. All utilities including PG&E, joint trench and most underground drainage systems have been installed.

December 2009 - Out of the ground we go. The frame is up, and the roof system is being rolled out.

March 2009 - The framing is complete and the tradesmen have run all the electrical, pluming, and everything else needing to go in the walls. Next step is the plaster.

June 2010 - On the exterior of the house the stucco lath is getting its finishing touches in preperation for the first coat of stucco. The interior is going through a change as well with all the blue board up and the plaster top coat going on over that.

August 2010 - As summer nears an end there has been much progress on the job site. The exterior stucco is nearly complete and ready for paint. On the interior of the house we see the millwork being installed over the completed hardwood floor. In the coming weeks we will see continued progress on the interior millwork with the painters hot on their tails.

February 2011 - As the finish line rapidly approaches the finishing touches are applied. The garden is recieving the plants as well as the ground cover. The interior of the house is being cleaned of all the contruction dust and debries. All paint touch ups will be complete in the next week in preperation for the big day...moving in!
