The scope of this project is to lower the existing lower floor approx. 18" and to repitch the upper roof to allow for addition head room. In addition the finishes will be upgraded to enhance the homes exquisite floor plan.

April 2009 - First phase of demolition to Main Level and Upper Level completed under the demolition permit. Second phase of demolition pending final Building permit process.

July 2009 - Second phase of demolition continues toward the removal of the existing foundation and slab and continues up to the roof allow for the revisions of the pitched roof. A certified geologist monitored and sifted all soils removed from the foundation to prevent the off haul of any potential artifacts.

September 2009-Framing is continuing to come together and the ground floor slabs are getting poured.

October 2009- Windows have been delivered and installed closing in the building, while on the inside of the building the interior framing is really shaping the design.

December 2009 - Stucco lath has been applied to the exterior of the building officially drying in the house, while the interior framing continues to get closer with all the details being applies.

February is hear and so are the plaster guy's putting there finishing touch on the walls. Passing this milestone will allow us to make a ton of progress in the coming months.

March- Exterior paint is going on outside, while finishes are being put on inside including the hardwood flooring and tile.
