| Jim has over 20 plus years of building custom homes and has earned the title of "Craftsman" amoung his peers. His well-known reputation has given him the opportunity to produce many signature projects in Carmel, Monterey and Pacific Grove. Jim continues to maintain this level of quality by spending much of his time at each site monitoring the craftsmanship. He maintains consistency to the intended design and tracks the schedule as required to keep the project running smooth.

Randy while pursuing his business degree discovered his talent for the construction industry. Over the past 20 plus years he has built commercial/industrial projects as well as high-end residential homes with hands on experience. With this experience, ambition and expertise he has mastered his buisiness skills in the construction industry. The custom, high-end housing market became his passion that has resulted in this partnership as Carroll & Strong Builders, Inc.

| Caroline has spent much of her career in the commercial interior design field working with clients who demand the best quality to fit within their budgets. She excels by listening to our customers to better understand their needs and desires. Caroline understands that each project has to achieve a high level of design and individuality while maintaining practical function. While building her portfolio in the commercial industry she has completed the design and construction of her own home located in the Aptos hills. Caroline has proven her abilities with clients such as Granite Construction, Santa Cruz County Bank, Hayashi & Wayland and D'Arrigo Brothers of California. These success has lead her to a new challenging career with Carroll & Strong Builders, Inc.

| Mark Colbert - Superintendent |

Mark Colbert, married for 23 years and a father of four children, immensely enjoys his family life surrounded by activities such as surfing, wake boarding (although, he's really just the boat driver), backpacking, and being available to participate in his church's youth and young adult groups. As a licensed contractor for 27 years Mark primarily focused on building custom high end homes in the Santa Cruz County area and completed dozens of homes for a very prominent clientele. In 2007, Mark was contacted by Carroll & Strong Builders to join their team of professional builders specializing in ultra high-end residential custom home projects in the Monterey County. We are very please to have Mark as part of our growing organization and he is now a very active member of a dynamic team of men and women.
